About the Position:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at a School District in Park Ridge, Illinois. School Psychologists play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. They provide a range of services, including:

  • Assessment and evaluation: Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services.
  • Intervention and consultation: Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), providing behavioral and academic interventions, and consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Crisis intervention and prevention: Providing crisis intervention support to students and staff, and developing and implementing crisis prevention plans.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making about student programming and school-wide initiatives.

Job Description:

  • 3 days a week 
  • April-EOSY 
  • Early Childhood caseload 
  • Must have IL License and certs in hand

Pay & Benefits:

  • 55++++

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in school psychology from a NASP-approved program
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in a school setting with diverse student populations
  • Strong knowledge of child development, mental health, and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
